Oct. 1st, 2009 01:42 pmThe leaves are changing color in New Jersey, and some of them are falling off the trees. I've heard of this phenomenon, of course-- it happens in the northern Earth Kingdom, among other places-- but I've never actually seen it for myself until now. Is it common on Earth worlds?
... It's also getting colder; I can especially tell at night. Does it snow on Earth, too?

Feb. 15th, 2009 07:16 pmThis is mostly in reference to the latest virus, I suppose, but it's also something I've noticed a lot on the community in general. Isn't there anyone here who doesn't refer to their significant other as "my love", or some variation of the phrase? Doesn't that seem to be... oh, I don't know, overkill? Not to mention overly flowery and sickeningly sweet.
