Why would I disappear? She vanished from my world, so I vanished from hers? But they're not supposed to be connected; things aren't supposed to affect each other like that.

... Do any of you even make plans for what would happen if you or one of your... one of your associates disappeared? Or do you just ignore the fact that it could happen?

People don't usually just up and disappear around here. Last time one of my associates was removed from the community he didn't disappear but simply lost all his memories of it. But if by 'disappearing' you mean them being kidnapped or killed, if that happened, I would find whoever was responsible and I'd deal with them.

We're not from the same world. She mentioned hunting the Avatar, which we're not doing anymore. And I didn't disappear anywhere; I wouldn't desert my country like that.

It is sadly a part of my life that I or anyone of my partners could be killed at any time. I've gone out of my way to make sure that should I be the one to die, my life's work would continue, and should any of them die, I would naturally be upset, but I've dealt with it many times before. I could move on.
