It seems my father has recently run afoul of one of the gods of the community. Because of their utter lack of creativity and originality, he has, unfortunately, suffered the same fate as many of many other members at this time, and been turned into an animal. Therefore, I have crowned myself acting Fire Lord until this mess has been cleared up. Anyone who wishes to do business with the Fire Nation, or to speak to its ruler for any reason at all, will come to me and only me.

As far as our citizens know, Fire Lord Ozai is deathly ill and being taken care of by a secret team of highly specialized doctors. No one is being told exactly where he is, but my people are confident that he is in good hands and will make an eventual recovery. Despite his absence, our situation is far from weakened and vulnerable, and if anyone is entertaining the idea of attempting to attack during this time, I can assure you that I have things perfectly under control and that you would fail.

No, it is not true. I call you Azula all the time, and you do not usually care. Either that means that you are concerned about your father, or you are worried that he will see that you are too familiar with people here.
