A question for anyone who lives on a world that has "AA batteries": how common are they, and how long do they usually last? Seeing as how they power most of my off-world technology- including my newly acquired digital camera- I figured it would be a good idea to find out this sort of thing.

There's apparently supposed to be a heavy thunderstorm tonight- it's odd; we tend to get most of our storms in the summer. I blame this snow. Though, really, I can't say that I mind- I love thunderstorms.

Well, we started this conversation on th' topic of batteries. I'd thought that ya could ask one o' yer friends t' get ya some for Christmas, but you don't celebrate Christmas, and yer birthday was three months ago. So I'm out of reasons for someone t' send ya some as a gift.

Ohhh, yeah. XD She *might* keep some of the gifts she gets from people, depending on whether or not she finds them useful (but then again, since they're all gag gifts, I doubt she will), but any "meaningful notes" will be BURNED. :D

Well, if its gonna be a useful gift, we'll have to figure out how much Heiji can deduct about what she finds 'useful' before Christmas.
