I'm not surprised. It's been months since we've had a virus; one was going to crop up sooner or later.

At least I'm not affected, so my training won't be delayed.

[Lilith seems confused at first and then overwhelmed. To even be acknowledged as a person was an amazing feat.]

I'm not a real person by their standards. None of us are. They call us property... tools... never human beings. Abel says there's no future for our family. You shouldn't be willing to risk your life for us and yet... [She looks down at her hands.]

[it's a good thing that this is just a virus because if it wasn't, Azula TOTALLY WOULD try to be a mommy to her despite the fact that she's in no way emotionally secure enough for that]
