I did know them, once - Mai was one of the first people I talked to on the community; she threatened to stab my eye out for "lying" about being able to use magic, though that may have been a different one. But... you know how these things go.

As I said, it was right when I first got here - God, that would have been more than two years ago now.

It's the last part of the incantation for the Ra Tilt - a powerful spell in my world.

If I write it, will anything happen?

It needs the rest of the incantation and a mage of considerable skill to actually have any power, and even then it's a powerful enough spell that it has to be spoken aloud. Just writing that sentence should be fine.

Come to that, I'm not actually powerful enough anymore to cast the spell. I need to work on that...
