Most of the political leaders around here are expendable in the end, anyway. I've seen quite a few come and go, with practically no difference.

Places run in different ways. A lot of the various nation's have the power base of the politics as the people, and so the leaders are mostly just administrative.

Although I've seen more than a few monarchies and dictatorships change leader with little difference but the face on the coins.

Obviously you're a monarchy-do you tend to have policy change from leader to leader or focus on tradition?
