If you paid attention last time, you would remember that I was involved in a serial murder case last year. During the month of December, a strange fog enshrouded Inaba. This fog is metaphysical in nature. It cuts off the affected area from the surrounding geographical structures and prevents anyone from entering or leaving, which includes worldhopping. There are other side effects to the fog, as well, but I don't believe I need to explain, as your world appears to be unaffected.
