I was shot, months ago. The doctor whose hospital I stayed at is always giving me trouble by refusing to allow me to look over the personal information they're storing.

They are hospital property. However, if you go to the correct place and sign to retrieve them, I'm sure it'll be much easier than having to go through the person you speak of.
