He's far too... nice. He was acting as if he was trying to comfort me yesterday, and I know better than to think he'd do something like that just for the sake of it. I didn't really think about it then, but my head's a bit clearer today.

I don't know-- but he's extremely adamant about me not leaving the country, or getting any off-world help. I suppose he could be trying to make a statement to the community about the worth of our medical technology.

The ones here? They don't know. I'm supposed to get a lot of rest, but it's not as if I can do anything else-- my head hurts, my limbs are shaky, and everything aches.
