Ty Lee had been wanting to come over fairly often in recent weeks- and often, she ended up spending the night. It wasn't as if Azula minded at all; on the contrary, she quite enjoyed the company. She also liked that Ty Lee was continuing to request visits, even after... well, everything. It was as if she really wanted to see Azula. That was what she claimed, at any rate.

Putting aside the (very dull) book she had been idly flipping through, Azula awaited Ty Lee's arrival.

"Azula, I don't. I don't and I won't." She felt her breath. It would be easy...so easy. She bit her lip again.

((May I use the chiblocking later? I mean, if it comes to that. I don't quite know what but yeah...))

"Then are you just looking for a good excuse to leave? Without me wiping my memory, of course; I'm sure you'd find it very satisfying to see me off-balance and slightly insane." Her voice lowered suddenly, losing its biting edge. "Are you hoping that I'll eventually hate you? Are you afraid that I'll try to kill you if you leave under any other circumstances?"

OOC: Y SHORE. Just out of curiosity, though- why does she want to do it?

She stopped, her voice quiet. "No, Azula. The answer's no to all of those questions."

((Ty Lee's thinking about it because a) Azula might go all "grr, not listening to you" and it would be the way to make her listen (she'd stay around till after it wears off, too) and b) she doesn't know exactly why she wants to, except that she does. My brain is failing me at the moment but she does have her reasons.))

Azula sighed heavily, still not changing her position.

"... Look, you can sit down if you can find the room."

OOC: Oh, Ty Lee. D:

"I don't think there's any." A lie, Ty Lee was known to be incredibly flexible.

((She means well. D: She just doesn't...think all the time.))

A fact that Azula obviously knew very well. "Fine, then. Don't. I don't care." Essentially another lie, really.

OOC: ... But her adorableness makes up for it. XD

She didn't reply. Friends don't... Ty Lee started again, her hands tracing lines to the spots she remembered when she was younger. "It'll be okay, though."

((XD I love how all three of the Dangerous Ladies are so MESSED up yet...we love then all anyways. XD ~~Well...Mai might be debatable but still. Oh fandom.~~))

Azula scoffed lightly. "'It'll be okay'. I don't even know what you're talking about anymore. Those are just empty words."

OOC: Well, really, in terms of "messed-up-ness" (that's TOTALLY a word)... Azula is pretty far ahead of the other two. XD But Ty Lee's identity issues are major win, so... ~~Mai-haters make me sad. D: Especially those who obviously only dislike her because she gets in the way of Zutara lovins'.~~

"No, they aren't." She couldn't help herself, she pressed her hands down quickly. Friends don't-You can't.. Moving them into the right positions. "I'm...sorry."

((Hands down. XD But Mai and Ty Lee aren't exactly normal themselves. Mai being so detatched from everything, more so than Azula. Ty Lee's identity issues, her problems with her sisters evolved into "my looks are one of the only things I can make my own" idenity and etc. Mai is truly the only neutral character on Avatar, she'd fight on any side. If Zuko was on it. Or if she's bored. But...I can see how her personality might be a turn off, not just because of her making Zutara not-canon.))

"What are you doing?" Azula growled, jerking away from her in surprise. "Get away from me!"

OOC: I actually think the comparison between Mai and Azula is really interesting- the whole "detached" issue; I mean. Gahhhh, all three of them should have been on the show more. D: ~~Oh yeah, I wasn't saying that *everyone* who hates her only does so because of Zutara, but some people certainly seem to. :/~~

Ty Lee pounced, for lack of a better word, on her. Quickly, she finished it. "Please, let me talk. You can't move so...Uh, it'll be easier?"

((Mai's detatched and so is Azula, but their degrees ars so...different yet so alike. :/))

"I was listening just fine. Let me up this instant! I promise you, I won't listen to a word you say until you do." There was a slight note of panic in Azula's voice. The first time Ty Lee had done this, she had been extremely angry beforehand, and all her attention had been focused on fighting. Now, however... the fact that she had absolutely no control was fully registering. Ty Lee could do anything she wanted, and Azula wouldn't be able to stop her. Ty Lee could kill her.

OOC: And I think Mai's detachment is much more conscious- and could be eradicated much more easily. With Azula, it's probably there for life. D:

"I can't, even if I wanted to." Ty Lee heard the fear in Azula's voice that was...well. Different. Strange. Not...she couldn't say it was totally unpleasant, for some reason or other. "Azula, look. I'm right here, no one will find out about this and I'm not leaving. Just relax, listen to what I have to say and it'll be okay."

One of her hands was wondering down Azula's arm. She could do anything.

((Yeah, you're probably right.))

"No. Let me go. I order you to let me go!" Her widened eyes strayed to Ty Lee's hand on her arm. "Don't touch me!" she spat.

"Even if I got up, you wouldn't be able to move." She kept her voice quiet, as calm as she could. It was wrong, oh so very wrong. Ty Lee shouldn't have done it. No doubt. Ty Lee ignored her, Azula couldn't move so was not a threat. She moved slightly, pulling into a sitting position and dragging Azula on top of her.

"I think that's more comfortable."

Azula was shaking. It wasn't more comfortable at all. "Get away from me!" Her voice was growing more hysterical by the second- she was struggling to keep herself from completely panicking, but it was difficult.

Oh dear. That wasn't good. "It'll be okay, now. Don't worry. Relax, Azula. I'm not going to hurt you. And, uh, even if I went away you're going to be immobilized at least for a few more hours."

The trembling grew more violent. "Take it away," she breathed. "That's an order; do it now."

Ty Lee pulled Azula closer, trying to make her stop shaking. "I can't. It's impossible," Ty Lee sighed. "It just has to wear off on it's own, I can't just hit it the same pressure points twice so soon. It might damage the qi flow or worse."

"I don't care. Do it." She struggled as much as she could with her arms immobilized. "Let go of me, now!"

"I can't. Azula, you've got to understand that if I mess with your body's functions more than I need to you could die. Your heart might stop, the qi flow could get blocked up and you could die from that. If you just wait, you'll be fine." Ty Lee sighed, she was strong and her grip was hard to break. "It's either this or you end up in the hallway, with or without clothes. Oh and you'll be alive, too, so that's not a death threat."

"What are you talking about? Fix this. Do it, or you're banished." She was breathing very heavily, and quickly. "Get away from me. Let me go!"

Ty Lee's heartbeat was going up. This was not planned. This wasn't how it was supposed to go. What a stupid idea. "Azula, I can't fix it. I told you. If I try, it's almost certain you're not going to make it. The body's systems are delicate and when I chiblock I mess with them. I mess with them too much, too quickly, the person dies. It's just not possible to fix it." She moved a hand to Azula's mouth and, a bit more roughly than she expected, clamped it over.

"I'm so sorry, Azula. I am. Just...quit...struggling."

As Ty Lee covered her mouth, she let out a small, involuntary scream. The shaking got worse, and her heavy breathing intensified.

"I'm not going to hurt you, Azula...trust me. You don't have to shake, no one's going to find out so your reputation's fine. OKay, yeah, I've got my hand over your mouth but you wouldn't stop telling me to do impossible things."
