In the Palace Gardens

Azula knew from experience that when Ty Lee said "I'm coming anyway", she meant it- and for once, she wasn't in the mood to argue, or to threaten, or to fight.

She hated viruses.

The gardens were deserted, as she knew they would be- it was a couple of hours after midnight, after all. She didn't carry a candle, or anything that might alert someone to her presence. The full moon was bright enough to see by- and, having grown up here, she knew the grounds well.

She wasn't staying in her room, of course. Servants were working on fixing the bed, and the curtains, and the armoire- all of which had been burned during the... incident with that despicable woman. For the time being, Azula had relocated to one of the palace's many guest rooms, and while it was certainly spacious and comfortable, and and had all the amenities she desired, it wasn't her room.

It wasn't as though she couldn't handle anything less than the highest luxuries, of course- after all, how much time had she spent in the wilderness, searching for the Avatar?

At the moment, however, Azula wanted something familiar.

Ty Lee tightened her arms again, sighing as she did so. "I take that as a no."

"What would the point be?"

"It'd feel nice, be fun...and even if I'm affected by a virus, you're not. You'd remember it and that's a good thing."

Ty Lee didn't say anything. Azula seemed...less happy than she should have been. It confused her.

This was pointless. Azula was going to go back inside and go to bed, leaving Ty Lee standing out here like an idiot. Alone.

Instead, she ended up turning around and hugging her. Funny how that sort of thing happens.

OOC: Sorry, because I'm a total dork, I've forgotten- did the whole "last night" thing with these two stem from the virus? (I iz st00pid question person today :P).

Finally...progress. Azula was finally reacting. Ty Lee smiled to herself and pressed against her again/

Almost reluctantly, Azula reached up and rested her hand on Ty Lee's head, anchoring it against her shoulder.

OOC: Aha... so it was a one-time type of deal?

Ty Lee reacted well to that, relaxing her grip slightly.

((Kinda, yeah. Probably might have happened again without the virus but...yeah. XD))

"You don't know what you're doing," she whispered, as much to herself as to Ty Lee.

OOC: Heh, Azula's going to be all DDDDDD: once this is over, because she's kind of secretly hoping things will stay the way they are now, virus or not... XD

"I do," she replied offhandedly, before lightly giving Azula's neck what could have been considered a kiss.

((Dammit, Azula. Just admit it. >> She just likes her Ty Lee, I guess...and it seems the virus wants to push their relationship. >>))

Azula started slightly, then pulled away a little, looking down at Ty Lee with a puzzled, indignant expression.

"Ty Lee, what are you doing?"

OOC: XD Well, you could probably consider her doing this sort of thing a lot admitting it... XD

Ty Lee looked up, puzzled by Azula's movement away, and pouted slightly.

"What do you think I was doing? ...Can you move back, now?"

((True. XD That's Azula's way of admitting it...))

Reluctantly, she rested Ty Lee's head back against her shoulder, stroking the hair back from her forehead.

"You don't want to do that. This is bad enough."

OOC: XD Yes, that and "Oh, just stay away from me, you idiot. I hate you."

"Yes, I want to. And I don't know why you're complaining."

Ty Lee gave a sigh before trying it again, a bit more roughly.

((That's her pick up line. Remember, kiddies, Azula always lies.))

Azula pulled away entirely, and stalked several feet away.

Ty Lee followed, discontented and very confused. "Does that matter now?"

"Of course it does!" she snapped, spinning around to glare at Ty Lee. "I thought everything was fine, but then you started calling me a molester and saying that you wanted me to stay away from you. Then you said you had changed your mind, but it turned out that was just because of a virus." She spat out the last word, narrowing her eyes (and not really bothering to hide the hurt).

Ty Lee was hurt, no mistake about that. She turned her head, pouting, and ready to retreat if things got nasty. "Who said I'm affected at all? I'm not running off with some random person. It's just like before. Really."

"You said yourself you feel different." Azula paused.

"I don't believe you."

OOC: Only she kind of slightly does, which is just going to make her more DDDDDDDDD: when the virus is over and Ty Lee's all, "Um... yeah. Virus. Srz." Heh.

Ty Lee walked up closer.

((And since Richard's going to hurt Azula soon after this...Oh lord. We love torturing Azula. >>))

"It's not real. I don't... want it if it's not real." Not to mention the fact that Ty Lee kissing her neck would have been a bit much in any situation... even if it did feel quite lovely.

Azula glared at her, but didn't back away.

OOC: Well, I'm kind of doing the two plots at once (and backdating this, I guess), so he's actually hurting her right now. XD And I know; I'm like... constantly stuck in the middle between, "Torture her more, everyone! It's fun to write the reactions! Whoo!" and "JUST LET HER CUDDLE WITH TY LEE. IS THAT TOO MUCH FOR HER TO WANT? DDD:" XD I clearly have serious issues.

Again, Ty Lee came closer. Ready to start the hug again.

((You're doing another one besides the Richard? I'm reading that log. DX And I suppose this is backdated but...at least Azula had some Ty Lee cuddle time before being maimed by Richard. Azula cuddles Ty Lee during the night, she can't keep out of trouble during the day.))

OOC: I'm doing at least two more, sometime at a later date. Everyone wants the chance to kick Azula's ass. XD (But she won't see it that way, of course. D: It just screws with her mind more to have Ty Lee willing sometimes and all "Um, ew" others. Heh.
