{LOCK!FAIL}

I don't understand why people dream. When they're asleep, I mean. It all seems rather pointless. There's the spiritual aspect (for people who are foolish enough to believe in that sort of thing), I suppose- that dreams give you "answers" to problems or questions. That's entirely ridiculous, of course. After all, I don't have any problems or questions- none that are major, anyway- and yet I still have the most irritating dreams about the most idiotic things.
Granted, it was only once. This time. But if possible, I'd like to prevent it from happening again. It was... unsettling.

... Hm. Dream prevention. I'll have to look into that.

Blah Blah bah, he talks too much, I know XD

It's a medical thing, not just my opinion. Understanding why you have bad dreams is one step in discovering how to avoid having them. When you sleep your brain goes through different stages. The stage in which you experience dreaming is called the REM stage. REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement because your eyes will move back and forth very quickly. During the night your brain will go through REM stage about every hour and a half. Each time you reach REM you will stay in this stage a little bit longer.

the most common things that can cause bad dreams are: Stress, Family problems, Abuse, Death of a loved one or friend, Illnesses, Scary movies and books, Medicationsad some foods.

If you are experiencing bad dreams, then here are a few suggestions that can help you avoid having Them. you can start by taking a look at your stress levels. If you see that you are under a lot of stress due to pressure at work, family problems or so forth then look for ways to reduce this stress.

If you have lost a loved one try talking about your feelings to someone. If you do not have a friend or loved one that you feel comfortable discussing your feelings with then make arrangements to see a professional. It can really make a difference in how you feel emotionally and it can help you get rid of the bad dreams.

Get a good routine going where you go to bed around the same time at night and get up around the same time. If you have poor sleeping habits it interferes with your sleep patterns and this can cause bad dreams.

She's not impressed. :|

None of those "causes" apply to me. Besides, I never said that I was having bad dreams- just irritating ones.

he didn't wanted to impress her, just give her a lot of information because he's like that XD

Just let you know.

I still have the most irritating dreams about the most idiotic things.

Elaborate, please.

Pfft, I know, I'd be surprised if Hakuba ever tried to genuinely impress Azula. XD

[identity profile] peoplesprincess.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 10:13 pm (UTC)(link)
That's none of your business.

he didn't need to impress her, he had Akako ^_~

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 10:23 pm (UTC)(link)
I thought that you wanted to get rid of them.

So you're saying that if he didn't have Akako, he'd want to impress Azula? ;D

[identity profile] peoplesprincess.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 10:27 pm (UTC)(link)
I do. And I don't know why you're using the plural- I only really had this particular dream once.

Oh my, you discovered him!!! D:

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 10:38 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, excuse me . I don't know that much about your life, I just wanted to help.

Re: Oh my, you discovered him!!! D:

[identity profile] peoplesprincess.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 10:42 pm (UTC)(link)
You don't need to know anything about my life- and I don't need help.

[identity profile] peoplesprincess.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 11:03 pm (UTC)(link)
That's a ridiculous question. I know because I know myself.

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 11:05 pm (UTC)(link)
The people who really have a huge problem don't realize it because their point of view is biased.

[identity profile] peoplesprincess.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 11:07 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm not buying into your pop psychology. I know myself, end of discussion.

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 11:14 pm (UTC)(link)
pop psychology?

You can do whatever you want, princess Azula. I will be here, watching you destroy yoruself.

[identity profile] peoplesprincess.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 11:15 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm not destroying myself. On the contrary, I'm growing better and more superior every day.

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 11:27 pm (UTC)(link)
Lying to yourself it's not going to solve the problem.

[identity profile] peoplesprincess.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 11:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Of course not- if there were a problem to solve, I obviously wouldn't lie about it.

[identity profile] clockmaster.livejournal.com 2008-11-07 11:29 pm (UTC)(link)
You ever recognized a problem?
