Well, I've never actually killed anyone, but Daddy's fond of the 'concrete shoes' that the Americans love doing.

Well, basically, if someone has done something where they can't be redeemed in the eyes of my father's organization, but are too knowledgable to be let run free...they go out on one of the boats, stick their feet in wet cement, wait until it dries, and then toss them overboard.

It sounds awful, but it's an amazing deterrent.
