Listen closely, Azula, I will only say this once. Firstly, so there is still an heir when this is done, I decree that you are officially my heir. However, I will not make this public until the rest of the plan is done. You must hold your tongue.

The rest of the plan is simple. As I told Ursa, I will have Zuko tour the front lines but not with officers I trust. There a few officers, though I loathe to admit it, who's greed would overcome them in such a situation. Perhaps they decide that ransoming off the Prince of the Fire Nation is a great oppurtinity. Shoud I continue?
