Still, she doesn't even like Fire Nation citizens as more than just "PEOPLE I RULE :D :D". Maybe if we used the idea that she grew up with her, the way she did with Mai and Ty Lee (because along with her father, they're the only people on the show that she seems to like, and even then she seems to favor Ty Lee...).
